Key Lime Pie
Materials:
4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. key lime juice (or regular lime juice, approx. 4 limes)
Graham cracker crust
Method:
Beat eggs until foamy. Mix in milk. Add lime juice slowly and beat until just
mixed in. Pour into crust. This doesn't need to be cooked unless you are
afraid of Salmonella, then you can cook for 15 min. at 350F. Chill at least 3
hr then top with Cool-Whip, whipped cream, etc.....
